Absent Voter Ballot Information: All AV (absentee voter) applications are mailed to the resident’s Michigan home address. If this application has not been received by the voter, AV applications are available on the State of Michigan website, or you may notify the Carmel clerk’s office through email Electionsclerk@carmeltownship-mi.gov or by phone at 517-543-9650 ext. 1.

Early In-Person Voting: There will not be any 9-day early voting for this election.

Campaign Signs at Carmel: Carmel Township supports the First Amendment rights to Free Speech allowing people to place their campaign signs at least 100 feet from the polling location’s front door which they are legally able to do in accordance with Michigan Campaign Finance Laws and the Michigan and U.S. Constitutions.
